Nestled on a 120-acre working farm in Market Bosworth, surrounded by breath taking woodlands and fields, this peaceful day long retreat offers the perfect escape from the demands of daily life (and your phone!). Take time to relax, try something new, and rejuvenate both body and mind while reconnecting with nature.

Rain or shine, our Wellbeing Days will go ahead, so be sure to come prepared with suitable clothing and an adventurous spirit

What to expect

It’s a full day, but we aim to keep things relaxed, offering valuable opportunities to try new activities and enjoy the fresh air. Our Wellbeing day includes:

  • Guided “Walk & Talk”: Enjoy a peaceful walk across traditional farmland, taking time to connect with the surroundings.
  • “Energising Yoga & Stretch”: Uplift, strengthen, and energize your body and mind with invigorating stretches.
  • Guided “Sleep Talk”: Explore the importance of sleep and gain insights into healthy sleep habits.
  • Wellbeing Lunch: Nourishing and delicious, designed to fuel both body and soul.
  • Aromatherapy "Playtime": Unwind and explore the healing benefits of essential oils.
  • “Mindful Modelling”: Engage in creative expression with a mindful approach.
  • Energising “Laughter Yoga”: Release stress and boost your mood with joyful laughter and movement
